Many years in the mud have given us a lot of installation experience.
We have been manufacturing artificial turf for more than 16 years and we have been installing it since the beginning. A few years ago we grew in production and stopped installing continuously, but previously we did it day in and day out, so we have a lot of experience with all kinds of installations and with very diverse clients.
In addition, we have traveled all over Spain supporting clients who have needed us in large-scale projects. And, if we are to be honest, we have also made a few trips to France.
And it’s all a matter of lots of practice, of many successes and, above all, of many mistakes. That is why, after so many years in the mud, we offer you all our experience and knowledge in an intensive training in which we teach you the method to follow to become an expert in artificial turf installation.

Installing well makes all the difference.
These two facilities were assembled during 2024 and are located in the same site in Alicante.
The playground was installed by a company that trained with us in the 2nd edition of the Expert Installer program and has been using our turf ever since.
The calisthenics facilities were set up by an outside company with a different brand of turf.
After having approximately the same months of installation and similar frequency of use, the first one has open seals and has become badly damaged.
This is what may have happened:
Poor preparation of the adhesive material, where the mixing of the components may have been incorrect or insufficient.
An uneven distribution of the amount of adhesive along the joint.
Poor adhesion of the adhesive because the grass was wet due to rain or dew.
These are basic aspects that must be taken into account on the adhesive and that we work on in the practical module of the training so that they do not occur in your projects.
